The Apartment (70 m2) is very quiet and light. Located in the neighborhood of College (5 min from Palermo). The price is expressed in US Dollars. Kids under 6 years old pay only 5 dollars for each extra bed (futon). The space NETFLIX / Hi-SPEED WI-FI SERVICE Other things to note A security deposit (%50 of the total stay) is asked and returned at the end of the stay as long as there are no breakages. The price is expressed in United States´ Dollars.

Hospedamos a pacientes de la #clinicaadventista de Belgrano y #fleni de Colegiales.· Purely residential · tranquil · upper middle class · flea market · local · bakeries, Bars, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Cooffee Shops, Craft Beer place, Fast food, Parrilla with Argentinian meat, etc Fede’s home is located in Buenos Aires, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The neighborhood is quiet, kids play in streets, there is no noise because the avenues are far away. Palermo is ten blocks from the house and Belgrano´s Center is ten blocks away too in the other direction. Close to Supermarkets, Bars and Coffee Places at the Elcano Av.
