The staff very fruendly good service

The location was great and the service at the reception was excellent

It was in an excellent location just a couple blocks from Plaza de Mayo on a fairly quiet street. The front desk was always manned and the facilities were lovely!

The best stay we could ever imagine in Buenos Aires! Best location, extremely helpful guys at the reception desk (Ricardo from Chile is amazing), good bed, good shower, very very good breakfast. Highly recommended to stay!

Staff was VERY attentive, professional and friendly

Excellent hotel near the Obelisco in BA. Great location to get by foot/taxi around the city's main attractions. Continental breakfast but plenty of options. Friendly staff.

The location is perfect, close to Oblisco monument and cafe downtown Buenos Aries Argentinahearts.com

So let me start by saying that my parents are always looking for comfort, so this was perfect. There was an issue for my part, it was more of a misunderstanding since I thought I already paid for the service since my card was on file but no, turns out you pay at the property with the card, thanks God Carlos was there to help my parents. THANK YOU, CARLOS!! He was kind and helpful since the beginning. If you have a question, don't doubt to ask him he'll know the answer. Again, thank you, Carlo( give this man a raise !!) :D

Central location, interesting building with a lot of charm and character. Don’t be put off by the dark corridors … the rooms are all different and some are a bit tired to say the least . The staff are great especially the 2 guys on reception who were always willing to help and go out of their way . If you’re looking for a budget place for a central stay can recommend.
