When the park is completely finished, DualResorts will have 35 homes divided over 8 different types, from large detached chalets for up to 10 people to beautiful cozy apartments for smaller groups of 4 or 6 people. There is also a possibility to rent two apartments for 12 people, these two apartments have a connecting door. Ask us for more information about this option. Our Dutch managers live on the park themselves and are continuously present for personal contact. DualResorts is a new holiday park and is open in both summer and winter. The chalets are equipped with wood and natural stone on the outside. The chalets have a digital lock that can be operated with a mobile phone.

Afritz am See is located in Carinthia, the sunny, warm and southern state of Austria. Carinthia is known for its many lakes. One of these lakes, the Afritzersee, is located 200 meters from our park. Enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, fishing or pedal boating. Or paragliding on the Gerlitzen, hiking in the mountains, visiting museums, admiring waterfalls, visiting the lakes in the area such as the Ossiachersee, Millstättersee and Wörthersee and exploring the area on a mountain bike. Go to a climbing park, delicious restaurants and mountain huts to enjoy. Take the gondolas up, take a boat trip across the lakes, visit the three-country point with Slovenia and Italy. There is plenty to do. Check the Kärnten Card for various activities. In the winter, the DualPark Afritz am See is centrally located to enjoy several ski areas in Carinthia. Gerlitzen is a 10-minute drive away and Bad Kleinkircheim is a 20-minute drive away, these are the closest ski areas. A little further away are also beautiful areas such as Nassfeld, Katschberg or Turracherhöhe. Use the Top Skipass for 30 areas and over 800 km of slopes in Carinthia, all within an hour's drive from the park in Afritz am See. It is guaranteed snow until mid-April and there is just a little more sun, so the ideal location for a wonderful winter sports holiday.
