The holiday flat is located next to the Lech River, away from the main road. Surrounded by mountains, forest and meadows, you can recharge your batteries and relax. In summer, the cycle path and various hiking routes pass directly by the house. In winter, the cross-country ski trail leads past the house, and the J?chelspitz ski area can be reached in just a few minutes. In only 2-3 minutes on foot you can comfortably reach: - the bus stop for hiking and ski buses - Restaurant
