CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN POSSIBLE. The apartment is bright and spacious with 48 sq.m. You can enjoy Netflix and Amazon Prime on the 49" TV after your busy day out. There is good internet throughout the property. You can cook - there is plenty of cookware and basic condiments. There is a washing machine too. The sofa is not extendable. There is an extra extendable bed, as in the pictures. We can provide a baby cot and a high chair and will be very happy to have any guests staying with children. There are toys and board games available as well as a little Micro scooter for kids up to 5 years. The apartment is on the 3d floor with a lift. The building has recently been renovated, but the staircase needs painting.

Tram 42, which stops 100 metres from the house, will take you directly to the city centre in 10 minutes. Underground U6 is only a 7-minute-walk away and will take you to the shopping street Mariahilfer or to the Stadthalle. There are a few little restaurants at the square near the property (Nest is quite sweet and the owner is very friendly to guests) as well as supermarkets (Penny and Billa) and a cosmetics shop (BIPA). Like everywhere in Vienna, parking is paid during the week from 8 to 22h at 2.20 Eur/hour, max stay 2 hours. At night, at weekends, and on public holidays parking is free. We can inform you where you can find very affordable parking facilities in Vienna at less than 4 Eur a day.
