The location is fantastic as it is steps from all the main sites in Alstadt and is a building back from Marie Theresa Street. The facility is beautiful, clean, comfy and modern. The breakfast is located on the 5th floor with floor to ceiling views surrounding you, and the food was delicious with a great variety. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. We absolutely loved our stay and would gladly come back to the Penz again.

We stayed in three different hotels during our trip in Austria and this was the best one. Great location in the old city area, clean and modern, coffee machine in the room, the breakfast and the service were amazing, staff on top of their game, comfortable parking. Loved it.

Upon arrival the front desk personnel was very friendly informative and helped us with reservations. We liked the bar upstairs, great bartenders especially a young lady. I cannot remember her name but I believe she is planning to go to medical School in the future. Your breakfast is great with great service. The location is excellent! Close to old Town.
