Unit 1 'Florida' is an inviting townhouse that features an open plan comfortable living downstairs with a well equipped kitchen that leads out onto a lovely covered entertaining area. There is a common area grassed yard with room for the children to play and a communal BBQ outdoor area.

A perfectly situated accommodation in Shoal Bay approx 150 metres from the shops, restaurants and waterfront and only ten minutes walk to the Stunning Zenith (ocean) Beach, it is the ideal holiday property. This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay. Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts. Property Notes: Pets are not welcome at this property. This property does not have Wi-fi.
