Downstairs you will find the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area as well as one bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom & self-contained laundry. Upstairs on the second level there is an additional living area, master bedroom complete with ensuite and queen size bed. The third and fourth bedroom both have 2 single beds. Complete with a double lock up remote garage and fully fenced yard.

Coolum has an impressive surf club culture, with lifesavers first patrolling the pristine waters of this laidback coastal town way back in 1919. It’s also the home break of pro surfer Julian Wilson (so you know the waves are going to be fab). Nestled comfortably near the shores of Marcoola and Peregian, Coolum is fringed by grassy beachfronts, parks, and an idyllic ocean backdrop.
