This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergencies. You will be contacted via sms prior to arrival how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 1400 hours and check-out before 1000 hours. Early check-in and late departures can be arranged with prior approval subject to availability.

This elegant tastefully decorated home has a spacious open plan living/dining area and a modern fully equipped kitchen with a walk in pantry and a coffee-pod machine. The lounge boasts comfortable sofas and an Apple Smart TV for your entertainment. The guests are provided with free Wifi. The master retreat has a King Size bed and a TV, a sleek ensuite with double vanity, a large shower and a balcony overlooking the canal. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Size bed. Bedroom 3 has a Queen Size bed. Bedroom 4 has two King singles (can be converted to a King). Entertain your family and friends, host a BBQ in the alfresco area with magnificent water views and afterwards soak in the glorious Exmouth sunset from the spa. Gated access to the canal footpath will allow you to stroll along the marina and soak in the water views. This is a perfect venue for your next Exmouth getaway – come and enjoy the local attractions in pure indulgent luxury. The property is fully fenced, parking is available for up to 2 vehicles & 2 boats. Guests have access to the garage. Linen and towels are provided, except for beach towels. Sorry no pets. No smoking inside this property, noise restrictions from 10pm-8am.

The property is located in the Exmouth Marina just a short walk to the beach, fishing club and boat harbour. The town center is just a few minutes drive away with all the facilities you require. Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine the numerous local restaurants and cafes offer. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary. Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitors Centre or visit their website prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and fast food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.
