That there is good seating area out the front and out the back. We enjoyed having the wood Bbq on for our dinner that we made on the property.

Situated on an extra large block, just minutes to the beach and shops. This is the perfect weekender for the family or for a bunch of mates on a fishing holiday. Plenty of room to park multiple boats, this open-plan home is just a hop, skip and a jump away from the local Sports Club, shops, cafes and Hotel. Featuring: * large verandah * alfresco area * two BBQs (one built-in and one portable) * tiled living areas * ceiling fans throughout * laundry with washing machine * lounge * meals area * side access   Sleeps six in two x queen beds and two x single beds.   Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers. Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
