This top floor unit with a sunny balcony is well positioned in the Silvana Court complex.  Close to Little Beach boatramp and perfect swimming area for children.  Nicely furnished and fully self-contained this unit will cater for up to 2 families, it is centrally located and an easy walk to Wests Diggers Club and Shoal Bay beach making this property great for your next holiday without the price tag.  Bring the kids bikes and bring the jetski as you have the bonus of a locked private garage. This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. Pets are not welcome at this property. This property does not have Wi-fi Parking - Single Garage The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation 40 days before arrival.
