Kanangra is a fun-loving newly decorated top floor two bedroom unit with direct access to the water.  Located in a beautiful part of the Peninsula coastline and just under a 15 minute drive to Nelson Bay this is a wonderful beach unit to have your next holiday. There are two balconies which have ocean views where you can watch the dolphins playing close to shore or sit back and enjoy the stunning aspect of the headlands of Port Stephens whilst whipping up the BBQ lunch or dinner. The living area boasts a large screen TV and DVD player and ceiling fan, both bedrooms also have ceiling fans to make your stay more comfortable. The bathroom has a shower and bath and seperate toilet, there is an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and one undercover car space with remote operated driveway entry gate. Huge grassed outdoor area right on the waters edge where the kids can run and play or take a stroll along the pretty beach watching the sunrises and sunsets. Soldiers Point Marina is only a 5 minute walk where you will find award winning restaurants, cafes and the boat ramp is a quick 2 minute drive.  You will really enjoy staying at this unit !! Bedroom Configuration: - Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed + ceiling fan + balcony access Bedroom 2 - Double Bed + Single Bunk + ceiling fan Linen: - This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
