Park boats, caravans, or multiple cars behind a secure electric gate with wide access in the fully fenced yard, then slip into the 13m lap pool or lounge on the shaded daybed with a cool drink. Inside, kick back in the spacious living room around the flat-screen TV or toss a load in the washing machine before your next adventure. The house is centrally located in Darwin. Two bus stops are steps away from the front door and a major shopping centre is only a minute away by car. Beaches are accessed via a 10 minute drive. Rapid Creek Markets are a 5 minute drive away.
