The air-conditioned, sunlit living/ dining area has magnificent water views and flows out onto the large private balcony with BBQ facilities, this unit is just perfect for your next family holiday.  The modern kitchen provides a dishwasher, microwave and complete cooking facilities, There are two bedrooms with the main having access to the second balcony, the bathroom has the bonus of having a bath, walk in shower, vanity and separate toilet. The internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer and the unit comes with one undercover secure car space. 4 Fleetwood is just a walk across the road to the water's edge and only a short 200m walk to boutique shops, variety of restaurants including The Game Fish Club and Shoal Bay Resort & Spa. Sounds too good to be true, you'll be pleasantly surprised when you stay at unit 4 'Fleetwood' Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.   Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed + Access to balcony Bedroom 2 - Trio bunk (double underneath/ single above)
