Huge spa bath or use the outdoor pool (closed winter), gym also. Fully equipped kitchen. Starter amenities provided. 1 KB, 2 x SB. Washing machine & brand new dryer installed Oct 2022. Fantastic location nearby to Crown, Optus Stadium, Ascot Racecourse & Airports. 1 car bay. You won't want to leave!

Ascot is a suburb of Perth, the capital city of Western Australia, covering a narrow strip of land along the southern bank of the Swan River approximately 10 kilometres east of Perth's central business district. Arguably the most notable feature of the suburb is the Ascot Racecourse, a major horse racing track, which never fails to draw a crowd. There are plenty of parks in the suburb, like Adachi Park, Garvey Park and Hardey Park, which provide terrific outdoor locations to explore and play.
