This unit is ideally situated and boasts fantastic waterfront views. Just across the road from beautiful Nelson Bay Beach and its calm waters, perfect for swimming, it is also an easy 550m stroll along the foreshore to Nelson Bay CBD and the d'Albora Marina where you will find an array of water activities and cruises, plus cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shopping. You can hire kayaks and stand up paddle boards in the high season of the school holidays and Easter, and the lovely Fly Point Park is just 400m away which offers shady grassed area, BBQ area, skate park, fantastic snorkelling/diving and markets on some weekends. This first floor unit has a split level, open plan living area, designed to highlight the amazing views and maximise indoor and outdoor living space. The master bedroom offers fantastic water views and access to the outdoor balcony, plus its own ensuite. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and bedroom 3 has a tri-bunk as well as its own private outdoor area which is security screened. The bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet.
