Perched above sunset cove, this welcoming open-plan 2 bedroom unit is perfect for a couple or family. Sunset Beach is just down the ramp, where you can play at the park, have a barbeque at the beach, go for a swim, or wander along the Newlands Arm path. The Paynesville cafes and shops are a very pleasant 15-minute walk along the shore. Between outings, you can relax in comfort in front of the air conditioner or wood heater, and enjoy a barbeque or meal in the courtyard with its narrow view of the water.
