AV has everything in the rooms perfectly organised. But why it is so special is all about the beauty and peacefulness of the location. Definitely worth getting this little bit off the beaten track - it was a little moment in Heaven for us.

Amazing Views Pet Friendly Bed and Breakfast is located on a working sheep and cattle farm, 20 minutes' drive from the country town of Yass, NSW. Enjoy amazing Views of the Murrumbidgee River from the timber deck, and private use of the 10-yard chlorinated swimming pool. You have private and separate accommodations to the main homestead, with a BBQ, and basic cooking facilities including a microwave, gas cook top and a refrigerator. A continental breakfast, fresh leaf tea and ground coffee are provided. The nearest airport is Canberra Airport, 52 mi from the accommodations.
