There are 2 levels, ground level and on the first level you are required to walk upstairs. The carpark is in the basement and there are stairs from the carpark to the ground level. There is a small set of stairs to enter the building from the street and another set of stairs within the entrance corridor. No Smoking on the property including on balconies or the common areas.
