Take a Holiday Break at Apartment 3 Providence Apartments, only 100 metres from the main surf beach. Enjoy the benefits of the Ocean Side Swimming Pool and BBQ area! Treat yourself to an indulgent breakfast, lazy lunch or superb dinner at the Oceanside Restaurant! Fully Self Contained, this lovely ground floor Courtyard Apartment is one of the few air-conditioned properties close to the beach. Only a couple of minutes walk to the Surf Beach, Shops, Restaurants and Golf Club. The ground floor location and two fully enclosed courtyard is just perfect for young families and older folk. Conveniently located adjacent to the entry, are two dedicated car parking spaces. This apartment has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The apartment is very well appointed, and guests have the opportunity to relax in the tropical landscaped gardens and swimming pool or shelter from the sun in the covered BBQ area of the adjacent Hawks Nest Lodge. Ideally positioned for the Beach Lovers, Walkers and Golfers. Important Points -No hairdryer available in this unit. -Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.
