Always spotlessly clean. We were able to arrange an earlier check in with no problem at all, as we had a wedding to go to. Very roomy and modern bathroom, large bedrooms and living area.

Apartment 5ive has had a colourful history of owners and transforming renovations, it now feels cosy and warm with a collection of modern and old world charm. A comfortable couch to chill out on by the fire glow. Admire the convict brick fire place and late 1800 hardwood floors. Water views and passing boats can be seen from the front porch. The private undercover court yard is the perfect spot to BBQ. Apartment 5ive is cosy for a couple or large enough for a family of up to 5 people. Situated a block away from the Spirit of Tasmania boat terminal and only a few minute’s walk to the Supermarket, Pharmacy, Bakery, Bottle shop and Restaurants. Apartment 5ive is fully fenced with a remote control gate and secure parking. Pioneer Park and eastern foreshore walk & bike ride track are only meters away.
Dianne and I grew up on the beautiful North West Coast and love Tasmania with a passion. We embarked on our new holiday let adventure in July 2017 with One Thomas Street. Apartment 5ive is our second property to be enjoyed by Visitors. We hope you like the uniqueness of 5ive and enjoy your stay with us. Regards Pete
1 hour to Cradle to Mountain Local ferry across the river to the CBD Pioneer Park and local forshore bike and walking tracks and ship wreck beach only a few minutes stroll away. At low tide you can see the remains of the Dredge G.Ward Cole that was wrecked at Ship wreck beach 29th October 1930.
