Wow! What a breathtaking view! This roomy 2 storey home commands the most spectacular views of the Port Stephens waterways. Step out your front door and onto the beach! Jimmy's Beach is directly opposite for those early morning swims. Sit back and take in the view as you let the cooling sea breeze brush over you. The open plan living area has lovely large windows and 2 spacious balconies for you to take full advantage of the magnificent views. Main bedroom has a queen bed and opens on to private balcony overlooking the bay, second bedroom has king single bunk beds, third bedroom has two singles (that can be pushed together) and looks toward the river. Downstairs is a separate bedroom with queen bed opening through double glass doors onto the rear garden. There is also a good quality lounge that folds down to make a double bed for occasional extra bedding, also another bathroom in the laundry. Important Points -Maximum 4 adults only, property cannot accommodate adult groups. -Parking on the grass is prohibited, please use driveway and garage supplied. -Guest must comply with specific property rules. -You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels.
