Centrally located with views of the surrounding hills and mountains from most rooms, with the owners providing plenty of sitting nooks to contemplate the tranquillity in the valley. This beautifully presented split level home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is the perfect getaway sleeping 10 guests. Warm in winter with a Coonara wood fire and plenty of air-conditioning units perfectly positioned with ceiling fans plus the open deck to take advantage of cooler summer breezes. Off street parking and space for entertaining outdoors with a large outdoor setting, BBQ and a large yard to take in the views. Entering the house at ground level and heading upstairs to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom one has a king single and features a RC, bedroom two has a wooden trilogy bunk. At ground level, the functional kitchen is the centre point of the home with stainless appliances, large pantry, plenty of bench space including large preparation table plus a cosy eating nook.
