New to the market is this 2 bedroom apartment situated right on the edge of Burnie's picturesque West Beach. Walking distance to the Burnie CBD, waterfront precinct, Makers Workshop, Burnie park, West Park Oval and across the road to thew Penguin Observatory. Located on the fringe of the hustle and bustle of the CBD. Within minutes you can have the sand between your toes on the beach, be sitting at a cafe, or shopping. Everything only a stroll away. Bright and sunny bottom story unit that has just undergone a tasteful refurbishment. 2 bedroom ground floor apartment. Main bedroom consists of double bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. This property is located among the hustle and bustle of Burnie. It has ocean views however there is some noise associated with the nearby road and service station.
