‘Attunga’ is a charming little miner’s cottage centrally located in the bustling heart of Golden Point making it the perfect place for your visit to Ballarat. It is within walking distance to local cafes, shops and pubs. The cottage is a unique space that has been curated to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay while you’re visiting this wonderful regional city. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your trip. We hope you enjoy your stay.
We love to travel, see new places and meet new people. We love dogs, upcycling furniture, good food, sustainable living and spending quality time with friends and family. We are available to help you during your stay and always happy to share our local knowledge as we also live in Ballarat.
Golden Point is a hive of activity as it is minutes from Ballarat CBD. It is one of the oldest parts of Ballarat and has a wealth of history to explore. Sovereign Hill is one of the most popular sites and well worth a visit. Ballarat is a very accessible city and there is plenty of parking available. We are located conveniently on a bus route so if you prefer to take public transport this is an easy option. The city also has access to e-scooters that can be rented to get around town and see the sites.
