No linen supplied The kitchen is complete with gas cooktop, electric stove, fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Split system & wood burning fire. 8 guests plus a baby with porta cot and high chair provided. Three bedrooms have two queen size beds, a tri-bunk and single bed serviced by a separate bathroom with bathtub, shower and separate toilet. Fully fenced block with a trampoline & cubby-house Strictly no parties – No groups under 25 years of age. This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests. Guests are required to complete a booking form and provide licence ID for guests and a credit card details prior to check in. This property is patrolled by Coastcom security. No smoking and No pets.
