This perfectly positioned 3 bedroom holiday home could be ideal for your next family getaway. A gate in the backyard opens onto the parkland and tennis courts behind, a few doors from the surf club and so close the back beach you can hear the waves as you lie in bed. A modern house with cool retro styling providing all you need to live comfortably and offering the opportunity to enjoy the sort of coastal holiday you and your family have been waiting for. Games, books, two smart TVs and three living areas, complete with a fantastic sound system just waiting for you to kick back and relax. So you can just walk in an relax all the beds are made and the linen is included. With its wraparound deck and large back yard giving you plenty of outdoor living and entertaining space for the Summer months, the 3 living areas provide ample room indoors during winter. A fully equipped kitchen is complete with Nespresso coffee machine and split system heating and cooling in all living areas plus an open fireplace that will keep you comfortable all year round.
