Beautiful surroundings and atmosphere. The generosity of the host amazed us - a fridge and a pantry full of food and other goodies- everything and more of what we needed during our 5 night stay.

Wow! This little cottage is exceptional. The moment we opened the door we were blown away with the attention to detail that Henri puts in to make your stay special. I was able to cook a beautiful meal in the well equiped kitchen, Everything that I needed to put my hands on was exactly where I expected it to be. The food supplies were outstanding, we could've stayed a week and not gone hungry. The cheese board and wine on arrival was a real treat as were the chocolates :) The beautiful spa bath was just what we needed after a big day on the road. Gorgeous spots to sit outside to enjoy a glass of wine or two. The bed is so comfy and warm. The cottage is very private with beautiful gardens and outlook. I'll be recommending Henri's Cottage to anyone travelling to the Barossa and if we ever get back here I know where we'll be staying.

Henri was amazing - thank you soooo much mate! Everything was prepared for us. Even the initial phone call to discuss dietary requirements, what we would like for breakfast, what type of bread, milk etc was second to none. Attention to detail was amazing. Even arranged roses for us for our wedding anniversary. House was fabulous. Big yet cosy, rooms great, comfy bed, washing facilities with views of vines from the surrounding vineyards was amazing! A true MUST STAY if you want to spend a few days in the Barossa. 10 mins to Gawler, 5 to 25mins to all the main vineyards. Amazing.

Amazing when we arrived there were fresh scones with choices of different jams and creams. Fresh fruit. The cottage was excellent from the location to the breakfast supplied. A nice bottle of red wine and some chocolates for a relaxing evening overlooking the grape vineyard was tranquil. The owners paid so much attention to detail with a call the week before we arrived to discuss wine, chocolate, dietary requirements, and tourist things to do in the region!! I really did not want to leave and come back to reality. Would recommend this as a romantic getaway or any getaway really. Will be a returning customer!!!!
