This charming home has been tastefully renovated throughout, complete with updated open-plan living areas, bathroom, and the kitchen which opens up via the servery window to the alfresco dining area. Leave the car at home and take in what Iluka has to offer with "BellaLuka" being located close to the centre of town, it's an easy walk to the shops and the Clarence River. The secured backyard is great for the kids to run around in, it also has an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from your beach trips, whilst the front yard has plenty of room for a car and your boat. * Please note that the garage is not available for guest use No linen supplied – BYO Sheets, Pillow cases and Towels (All blankets, doonas and pillows are supplied) Pets Allowed * Please note - although this property is pet friendly, pets are to remain outside at all times. This property has a fantastic and very secure back yard.
