MODERN TOP FLOOR UNIT LOCATED IN THE SYLVAN BEACH RESORT! This superb apartment is situated in the Sylvan Beach Resort right on the Bellara waterfront and overlooking the swimming pool. The complex does not offer elevators. Bellissimo accommodates up to 4 guests, perfect for families, couples, or singles. Your new home away from home! Bellissimo offers a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and is packed with all the essentials! There is plenty of room for the whole family to sit down and enjoy a meal together at the 4-seater dining table. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and water is all provided .The apartment boasts 2 generous sized bedrooms with built in cupboards. You will also have access to a complimentary toiletries pack including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash to start you off. Both bedrooms are fitted with quality beds and linen. You will be provided with 1 towel per person. Feel secure knowing there are smoke detectors throughout the apartment. Guests please note - We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we don't charge the bond out. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded, no parties or smoking.
