How It All Began: In 2022, Matt and Belinda visited Queenscliff on a golf trip, instantly captivated by its seaside allure and stunning Victorian architecture. Their dream of owning a property in this picturesque location came to fruition in June 2023 with the acquisition of 'Benambra,' a heritage gem built in 1883. The Property: At the time the Victorian Guest house built in 1883 boasted 9 bedrooms across two levels, as well as a 2-bedroom Fisherman's Cottage built circa 1860, accessible from Little Hesse Street. The Creative Force: With a wealth of experience in building and interior design spanning 15 years, Belinda has worked with clients across the Northern Rivers and Byron Shire.
