The air conditioned living space is drenched with gorgeous natural light, the stunning brand new kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook up a storm. The property is now fully fenced with high fencing. Fully renovated bathroom plus an extra out door shower to wash off the sand. Ducted heating throughout. There are three generous sized bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen bed Bedroom two has a queen bed Bedroom three has a stunning king single bunk plus trundle bed. The home is a two minute walk to Somers Primary school, children are welcome to use the play grounds outside of school hours. Vibrant Balnarring Village is a few minute drive away. Famous wineries are a short drive away and Merricks General Store less than a ten minute drive. WIFI and full linen provided. Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
