he Blue Oar Beach House is situated at Arrawarra Headland – giving you direct access to what the locals call Mullawarra Beach, arguably the most picturesque beach on the North Coast of NSW. From this tri level home you have direct access to the beach from the back deck. The Blue Oar is in a quiet street, on a large yard, there is plenty of room for your boat. The kids can run and play, plenty of room for that cricket game too! On the ground floor you will find a single garage, newly renovated laundry, including a shower and separate toilet and vanity. As you ascent the stairs to the second level, you find the lounge/dining area that is backed by a wide covered entertaining deck (outdoor table/chairs and BBQ) from her you have views of the ocean, a sensational outlook, very private and quiet ie, no road traffic. The functional kitchen carries the same views. The two main bedrooms (both with built-ins) are located on this level as well as the main bathroom.

Neighborhood info

Follow the staircase to the top, here in the attic you will find the kids retreat. Up here you can sleep up to 4 people. here the kids can get away from you without being away from you. The get the best views in the house and this is important for any keen surfer!! The views from this top veranda are totally spectacular. Watch the whales go by at your leisure. This property is not available for pets and due to the stairs and high verandas, it is not really suitable for young children (5 and under). Bed configuration (sleeps 7).
