It's also a short walk to local shops, cafes, and public transport found on Poath Road. Property Features: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6. Two level townhouse. Complimentary wi-fi and Foxtel. Stunning kitchen with stone benchtops and Bosch appliances. Private courtyard with BBQ and outdoor dining. Walk to public transport, parks, gardens and Hughesdale Village. 1.5kms from Chadstone Shopping Centre. Close to Monash University, Monash Medical Centre and Metropolitan Golf Club. 15kms to Melbourne CBD. Secure garage parking for 1 car with remote access, 1 car park in driveway and unrestricted on street parking. Pet friendly by arrangement. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking.
