Safe, quiet neighbourhood. NO SCHOOLIES. No party groups of young people. I won't accept groups of young kids. Sorry. It's a nice house and I want to keep it that way. No Parties. I do not accept bookings for groups of guests aged under 25. This is not a party house. Any loud parties will be asked to leave.
