This two-story home can allow for independent, self-contained living across two levels. The upstairs living area is spacious and includes a lounge, BBQ area with bar, and two separate dining areas, making it ideal for entertaining family and friends. The renovated kitchens on each level are fully equipped with new gas stoves, ovens, a large fridge/freezer, a microwave, and a full range of cooking and eating utensils. There is a 2-car garage with ample storage area for your gear and outdoor parking for 2 or 3 4WDs. The property has a laundry with a 12kg Washing Machine, including outdoor and undercover drying lines. There is a storage room with a chest freezer and an extra fridge/freezer, which you can use for drinks or food. Ceiling fans are provided in each bedroom, along with the living areas. There is a computer desk with Wifi and Wired ethernet ports for faster internet access. Drinking quality water is obtained by a triple water filtration system that includes ultraviolet purification. There is an undercover fish cleaning facility for your convenience. The property has a local management team who can assist with your needs. Please note this is a self-clean property, and guests must provide their own linen including (Top and Bottom Sheets, Bath & Beach towels. No Sleeping Bags, please.
