Perfectly positioned close to the calm waters & colourful beach huts along the foreshore, this family home is a cosy escape to the Mornington Peninsula. Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay including a large (securely fenced) yard with BBQ, dining, sun lounges & fire pit. Enjoy a family holiday or small group getaway that's just a 15min walk to the beach (3min drive), 5min drive to shopping centre & cafes PLUS close to wineries, golf & all this the area has to offer. Located in a quiet location, yet close to the beach and shops, this home offers cosy comforts for a relaxing stay. Things we know you'll love: - Large outdoor area that’s securely fenced off which includes BBQ, dining for 8, lounge chairs and fire pit. A great area to enjoy at any time of year! - Pet and child-friendly home - Free Netflix - 3 bedrooms - 2x queen beds and 1x bunk bed (sleeps 3) plus sofa bed located in the lounge room - Fully equipped kitchen - Dining for 6 people and additional bench seating in the kitchen - Large lounge room with large screen TV - Heating and cooling throughout - Free unlimited Wifi - Espresso coffee machine - Laundry with washing machine and dryer Plenty of sporting equipment (kayak, paddle boat), books and games for your entertainment. Loads of parking, close to wineries, golf and loads of beautiful beaches. Linen is supplied for all stays so you just have to bring yourself. A small amount of washing detergent, toilet paper, hair and body wash products are also provided. Should guests require more please bring or purchase your own. Unfortunately, we cannot accept schoolies bookings or any party groups. We offer you full privacy but are available during your stay for any questions you may have.
