Our guests have direct access to the Gippsland Lakes, Paynesville, Raymond Island, Lakes Entrance, Metung, and Lochsport, as well as being close to Paynesville’s bustling esplanade with cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, and supermarkets along the foreshore. With wide stretches of calm lakes, deep rivers, mountainous areas and 300km of coastline including the famous 90 Mile Beach, the Gippsland Lakes could become your next favorite vacation destination. The High Country, the Great Alpine Road with snow skiing at Dinner Plain, and the snow destination Mt Hotham are only about two hours away as well – making this area an endless opportunity to explore and adventure for the entire family.

With wifi and a separate office area, this house is perfect for those working away from home. It has bedding configuration for up to 10 guests (with sofa bed), and is only a short drive away from the Howitt Park boat launch and public BBQs and playgrounds. With just a short drive to the Gippsland Lakes, 90 Mile beach, and magnificent day drives to the Alpine Region this centrally located property is perfect for those traveling with family or friends, including dogs.
