This iconic property takes in some of the most outstanding views of Daylesford. Perched up high and boasting its own lake with rotunda, it has to be seen to be believed. Featuring 3 king size bedrooms; master with en-suite, a second king size bedroom and a third bedroom with king size bed with an additional single bed. All beds can be split into singles. Dog friendly (yard is not secure). This is a great home for a family. Living area with gas log fire and smart TV. Kitchen/dining opens out to a rear deck and those wonderful views. Walk down the garden path to ‘your’ lake, picnic under the rotunda and enjoy what will be a truly unique Daylesford experience.

The Daylesford-Hepburn Region is famous for its mineral waters and is known as the Spa Centre of Australia. Our beautiful scenery includes the famous Lake Daylesford, the Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens and the Wombat State Forest. There are historic buildings in the main street of Daylesford and the region’s history lies in the rush for gold. Lake Daylesford now covers land upon which gold was first discovered and offers lakeside picnic spots, cafes, walking tracks, fishing and pedal boating. The internationally known Lake House sits on its shores and there are public BBQ facilities and amenities adjacent to the main parking area. Lake Jubilee is located south of Daylesford (about a 10-15 minute drive) and is ideal for fishing, boating and swimming. If you are looking for a waterfall, visit Sailor’s Falls, less than 30 minutes south from the Daylesford Town Centre. If you are into the outdoors, Daylesford sits at the junction of three walking trails that are part of the Great Dividing Trail – the Lerderderg Track, the Dry Diggings Track and the Wallaby Track. The Hepburn Regional Park is a little less challenging and contains mineral springs and relics of the bygone gold era.
