Property info

Contemporary coastal beach house on two levels, a stand out in the streetscape with a beautiful garden, sea views and fully enclosed back yard. This property does not include linen, no pets. Large north facing modern living areas with double glazing provide a cozy spot in both summer and winter seasons. Hardwood floors on the lower level living incorporating self contained facilities, perfect for 2 families. Three bedrooms with ceiling fans on this level are serviced by a smart and stylish bathroom and laundry facilities. The layout flows easily to the upper level to a stunning open plan living, dining and stylish well equipped kitchen with RC Air Conditioning. The generous master bedroom features sliding door access to the balcony and sea views, ceiling fan, large walk through robe, and a beautiful ensuite. The living areas flow brilliantly to the front deck which offers wonderful sea views and the north facing deck, a fabulous private area for soaking up the sun all year round. Ample space for entertaining in the undercover alfresco area with a fire place plus outdoor hot and cold shower to wash off the sand when you come home from the beach. (No access to double garage)
