Very comfortable, Judi had thought of so much, love the chocolates, lollies cakes great variety of teas and coffee I received an upgraded breakfast. The bed was firm, warm and bath gowns. Could not faulter.

    “Great central location for exploring the Huon Valley. Short drive to Huonville and some excellent restaurants (Jins and Alternatlive Japanese). Breakfast was provided each day and was very good. View of Huon River.”

Cottage on Main offers private Bed and Breakfast accommodation, attached to, in the front of the main house, in Franklin. You will have your own private entrance and facilities. Guests can enjoy free WiFi and air conditioning. There is port for your pleasure, sit on the balcony and sip. This cosy holiday home features a dining area and 2 lounge chairs with a Large flat screen Smart TV,. The bathroom has a hairdryer, heating and robes. Large Kitchenette A continental breakfasts is included:, fruits, juice, toast, jams coffee and tea facilities. Quality Queen size Murphy bed, to relax and watch Television. My place is nestled between restaurants for easy walking access: Asian, Australian, Fish and Chips, Turkish and local hotel bistro. All set across the road from the Huon River. Cottage on Main is 30 minutes’ drive from Kingston and 45 minutes’ drive from Hobart. Bridgewater is 50 minutes’ drive away. Please note check in is any time after 3PM. Early check-in fees apply.
I have successfully owned other accommodation in the area, and down sized over the years. I just love seeing people happy and greeting them on their holiday, I love to hear where and what they are doing, thus I had to open up again in my own home.
Franklin is a small rural Village, the only Village on the Huon River. close to great food, and you can feel safe to walk the shore at night.
