Situated just 5 kilometres from Adelaide’s CDB, this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit is the private, separate quarters of a larger property with its own entrance. There is no living area for this unit, although both bedrooms have wall-mounted TV’s and study desks. The kitchen comes equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave oven and coffee maker. There is parking for 3 cars on the property but also public transport options are just a few minutes walk away. This newly renovated, freshly painted unit features polished floorboards throughout and lovely period touches. The kitchen come appointed with an induction cooktop, under-bench microwave oven, bar fridge and coffee maker, as well as a dining table for 4 people. Although there is no living area, both bedrooms have wall-mounted 'smart' TVs. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a lovely period fireplace (not practical) and study desk. A second bedroom also has a queen sized bed, its own study desk, a wall-mounted reverse cycle air conditioning unit and plenty of wardrobe space. A large, beautifully tiled bathroom features a roomy, frameless glass shower recess and quartz stone benchtop. It’s also home to a front loader washing machine.
