There is a 1000 dollar security deposit required prior to arrival. Please be aware this property has monitored exterior security cameras installed on all sides. 1. This property is in a residential area therefore Strict noise restrictions do apply. 2. NO Noise - This property is located in a quiet residential street which is noise sensitive. Any noise after 10pm weeknights or midnight on a Friday or Saturday night that neighbours complain about will result in the loss of your security deposit. 3. NO visitor -We do have strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property thus only those nominated and accepted on our booking form are permitted to be on the property. There are no exceptions. A fee of 500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered. Maximum of 12 guests allowed to stay at this property. All guest names and mobile phone numbers are required to be on the booking Strictly no pets permitted and a no party policy in place.
