This open-plan stay offers elevated city living in the heart of Melbourne's west. When you're not sampling the many nearby cafes and restaurants, a modern, streamlined kitchen is fully equipped with everything that’s needed to prepare food, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up and a four-seater table where you can share meals. You can also make use of the shared courtyard and barbeque facilities. On the private balcony, you’ll find a cosy outdoor setting to soak up the sunrise with a cuppa or relax with an afternoon glass of wine as the sun goes down. After a day of work or sightseeing, settle in on the sofa with your favourite TV series or a good book, making use of the split system air conditioning and heating. For those working remotely, a dedicated office offers space to set up your laptop for Zoom calls. Two light and airy bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed. The spacious primary bedroom offers split-system heating and cooling and an attached ensuite, while the main bathroom caters to the second bedroom with a rain shower, mirrored cabinetry and complimentary toiletries. An in-unit washing machine and dryer are also available. Added conveniences include WiFi, plus a coveted parking spot that allows you to come and go with ease.
