The room was clean, very spacious and comfortable. Room service very quick and breakfast had a lot of options. This was my third stay at this hotel and it’s always great.

Staff: From day one to the last minute, the staff were super friendly, professional, and available when we wanted them. Location: i couldn't ask for a better one. Cleanliness: The place smells amazing from the reception up to the unit. The daily cleaning service was one of the things i chose to stay here for, and it didn't disappoint us. Facilities: gym, jacuzzi, steam room were all great, and i really enjoyed them. The premium 2 bedrooms unit was well organised, spacious, had a wonderful fully equipped closed kitchen, and a great balcony that is overlooking the yarra river with comfy outdoor chairs. Having a dedicated laundry room was one of the best things here. Overall, staying in this place made our trip to Melbourne a better one, and if i visit Melbourne again, i would stay here without thinking twice.

Excellent views from the room , spacious rooms ,comfortable beds and extremely polite staff . Especially Vaish Sridar was extremely polite , so friendly and helpful that made us feel at home . Thanks a lot for everything !!!

Lovely room, good location, super friendly staff, excellent breakfast

Check in starts at 2 pm. Unfortunately I arrived the hotel at 7 am. I requested them is there a chance I can go for early check in. There was a staff who helped to register for HOLIDAY inn membership and checked me in right away, which made my stay even more comfortable.

New and fresh apartment hotel in the middle of Southbank. Nice swimming pool and fitness center as well. Restaurants and supermarket close by, and convenient parking. If you're going to Melbourne, look no further, this is the place to stay!

The location was great, easy to get to by car. Also the car parking was less than a 100 metre walk away from accommodation. Plenty of places to eat, a really short distance away.

Best Location and the breakfast was on point plus we loved Chef Patrick Chung. Sheraton is at one of the best locations by far, easy to walk or catch a tram around.

This hotel hearkens back a few years to the days of glitz and service, not cookie-cutter chain hotel! Enjoyed our stay here, chandeliers and orchids in the lobby, just beautiful. Well-stocked, comfortable, clean, responsive staff. Loved seeing "famous people who have stayed here" lol. Location is fantastic, we got around easily. Places to eat easy to find close, garden near.
