We did not book breakfast with our stay since my Mum is a minimalist at breakfasts. I especially liked its location ; Collins St. has been part of my growing-up years when I used to visit my Mum before she transferred to Gold Coast. So many memories relived. Truly a wonderful place to stay in!

Staff: From day one to the last minute, the staff were super friendly, professional, and available when we wanted them. Location: i couldn't ask for a better one. Cleanliness: The place smells amazing from the reception up to the unit. The daily cleaning service was one of the things i chose to stay here for, and it didn't disappoint us. Facilities: gym, jacuzzi, steam room were all great, and i really enjoyed them. The premium 2 bedrooms unit was well organised, spacious, had a wonderful fully equipped closed kitchen, and a great balcony that is overlooking the yarra river with comfy outdoor chairs. Having a dedicated laundry room was one of the best things here. Overall, staying in this place made our trip to Melbourne a better one, and if i visit Melbourne again, i would stay here without thinking twice.

A gem in a perfect location for the Art Galleries and everything that downtown has to offer including opposite FREE tram transport, and close to breathtaking Block courtyard. The hotel has been restored to a past glory but is modern and reminiscent of an “old club”. We asked for a “quiet” room = no view required and were rewarded with a luxurious, cool, peaceful, tastefully appointed room with beautiful crisp white bed linen and a deliciously firm yet comfy bed. Bliss. We overslept twice!

This was the best bunk bed I've slept in in a while! Sturdy and with great storage. Also having work booths available is inspired –super useful.

Unbelievable location right in the middle of the CBD. Spotlessly clean and really cheap. If you let them know you're arriving after hours they send you a code to get into the door and another code to open the key safe. Look, it's not new, and the room's facilities are old but it's all I need and for the price no-one ought to complain. Highly recommended.

The location especially, just what we needed. Somewhere to rest/sleep for a rugby weekend.

The location is just amazing. Very central. 10 minutes walk from the market. Tram station 2 minutes walk away.The staff were very friendly. There is a lovely place for breakfast or lunch, and you can get 10% discount as a hotel guest. I would definitely stay there again.

For a first time visitor to Melbourne, this is the perfect location. Nice area to walk around, plenty of restaurants, sites to see, shopping. I must say we loved Melbourne and this was the perfect hotel to stay and enjoy the wonderful city of Melbourne.

Absolutely everything! This hotel is a 10/10! Location is just perfect! Everything super clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful since the minute we arrived.
