Everything was great. good area Excellent access to the sea to the city center. For shopping malls, the only thing that should be mentioned is that the hotel is 7 floors. And the upper floors are residential, and I chose the deluxe room, which has a large balcony in the photo. (Of course, my room had a balcony and was very small). But after arriving at the hotel, I realized that my room is on the 4th floor. Of course, because we had a great time, overall the hotel was excellent

The front desk staff is excellent (sorry that I did not catch his name, Asian male)who introduced all stuff in detail and gave us warm welcome. The breakfast is good and not even mention the snack bar running pretty late which allow you to grab something when you are a lit bit hungry

When the main part of the square is either closed or not in...

When the main part of the square is either closed or not in use (which seems to be often) it's very much a matter of taste. It looks like something Stalin would have rejected as too ugly. I can't begin to imagine what the fuss is about. It's a shame that a great city like Melbourne would try to make this a focal point.

Located above the rail tracks, two plug-ugly cuboidal office blocks belonging to the transit authority formerly stood on this site. These have now been replaced with commercialised rubbish, and it is no improvement. Really NOT an attractive community space..

We loved the location of our stay! It is right next to Chinatown in the city centre, surrounded by endless eateries and within easy walking distance of Melbourne Central. We even walked to Federation Square for the New Year countdown. The room was comfortable and the service was fantastic. The pool area including the jacuzzi, sauna, and gym was a great place to work out and relax
