A second bedroom also has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and expansive views from the window; while a main bathroom has a rain shower, contemporary vanity and a toilet. Additional amenities include secure underground parking for one car, a dedicated workspace for working remotely, air conditioning and heating, a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

With both trams and trains just a short minute walk away, you’re primely positioned in the suburb of Flemington to explore the alluring culture, bustling bars and multicultural eateries on offer. Attending the Melbourne Cup? Flemington Racecourse is conveniently just steps from the apartment, as is the Melbourne Showground. If you’d like to explore the area, there are tonnes of eateries to visit. Start your days with breakfast at Phat Milk or Wolf & Hound, enjoy lunch at Pepper—just a 10-minute walk away—and then end a day of activities with dinner at the extremely popular Laksa King—just make sure to get in early as the queue can often be out the door and down the road! Dining in? Pick up some fresh food from the local haunt, Ascot Market—just a three-minute drive from the apartment—and cook up a storm using all the best produce. Plus, Melbourne Airport is just 15 minutes away!
