We are a small holiday property management company that assist guests to get the most out of their holiday experience, being available to give advice on everything the region has to offer including supporting guests with any general queries during their stay

Property info

Sensationally close to the Dunsborough beaches this home offers multiple entertaining options beyond the private gate that fully secures the property. Featuring established lush gardens and lawns, and expansive front and rear decked entertaining areas, the home has been purposefully created and maintained for living a lifestyle that revolves around the outdoors, the beach and entertaining family and friends. There is weber BBQ on the rear entertaining deck and plenty of parking for guests who want to bring a boat. The property is very well appointed and boasts a sunken lounge, dining area, fully equipped modern kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and features a breakfast bar. The property has 3 bedrooms including 2 queen bedrooms and a bunk room and a spacious modern large bathroom. There is the benefit of a separate utility room providing a washing machine and dryer. The walk from the property would be approx 3 mins from door to sand and is accessed down a quiet lane way allowing the kids to ride bikes to the beach from the house. The cafe and boutique shopping culture of Dunsborough's town centre is an easy stroll too.

Dunsborough is a popular tourist town in the famous Margaret River wine region. The region boasts many great wineries, restaurants, cafes, arts and crafts and boutique shops. Renowned as one of the worlds best surf locations you will find stunning and pristine beaches with clear aqua waters including breathtaking unspoiled natural scenery with an abundance of wildlife such as whales, dolphins, kangaroos, parrots and cockatoos. The marine life is easily accessed by the numerous safe and protected snorkeling locations close by. There are numerous walking routes including the well known cape to cape trail that are suitable for all abilities. Children will be entertained by the numerous activities in the region including our famous caves!
