Just a short walk from the Goodwood shopping precinct, this three bedroom house is a home away from home. You will have full access to all bedrooms, laundry, bathroom, large kitchen and dining area. The rear of the house opens onto a private garden for drinks or BBQ dinner. Enjoy the nearby restaurants and coffee shops, or take a short tram ride into the Adelaide CBD or to historic Glenelg.

Goodwood is a quiet suburb perfectly located between the city and the sea. The local shops feature everything you will need (local butcher, bakery, coffee shops and more!) The pharmacy and Post office are 500 meters up the road. Where you will also find a great local cellar and lots of different restaurants and cafes to visit. You can look up what movie is showing at the Capri Theatre and have a nice dinner and drink at the wine bar across the road. The Farmers Markets are held every Sunday at the Wayville Showgrounds (approximately five minutes walk away) You can easily leave the car behind when staying in Goodwood as public transport is readily available. The tram, train and bus are all a short walk from the home.
