Delightful contemporary three-bedroom holiday unit located in popular 'Bay Parklands'. An easy 200 metre walk on a paved pathway leads you to Little Beach where you will find calm water for swimming, children's playground, picnic area, BBQ's, restaurant, boat ramp and the Inner Light Tea Rooms with breathtaking views across Shoal Bay to the headlands, and the wonderful Little Beach Boathouse offering fine dining and a bar with views over the bay.   The western end of beautiful Shoal Bay Beach is a short 600 metre walk. The West Diggers Club is just a 400m walk and offers great meals at a reasonable price. Nelson Bay shopping centre and Shoal Bay shops are both only a 20 minute walk away.   You can park your car and not have to drive again until you head home!   Unit 34 'Bay Parklands' offers free WIFI and a WIFI connected SMART TV so you can access your own Netflix accounts directly on the tv. , filtered water views and a peaceful leafy outlook which attracts a wide variety of native birds.
